Dear Tamila,

Thank you so much for allowing me the opportunity to try out your new disks. The first thing that impressed me was how tiny and intricate the designs on the disks are.  As someone who loves to create miniature figurines, I am always looking for new ways to embellish them with tiny details. The cutters that are available in the really small sizes are very limited.  Your disks open up a lot of wonderful new possibilities for a variety of applications.

The disks were very easy to use and I was pleased that I could extrude the shapes without having to use my clay gun pusher. The extruded shapes are tiny enough to use as accents on my miniature characters' clothing.  But,  there are so many other possibilities for how they can be used - your only limitation is your own imagination! I was really amazed at the variety of designs the disks come in as well.

"Thank you so much for providing clay artists with such a versatile new set of tools!"

Dear Tamila,

I am sooo thrilled with the Darlin' Designer Disks™!!! I've been looking for unique shapes to add on my clay characters as embellishments like garlands and buttons. The primitive Heart and Stars are my favorite. Trying to bend pattern punches into a primitive heart or star shapes is so time consuming, not to mention the cost if one gets ruined in the process. The disks are so easy to use following the clear instructions and have held up without any problems.  This is a "must have" tool everyone will want.. like the pasta machine and tissue blade.

"Thank you for opening up another door of endless possibilities."

Dear Tamila,

When I received the Darlin' Designer Disks™ I was immediately impressed with the intricacy of the designs, the sheer volume of DIFFERENT disks...and yet I received but a portion of the available disks.

I wondered how they would stand-up to the rigors of my admittedly heavy-handed extrusions, and wondered if they would perform well with all the different clays I use.  I was amazed at how well the disks held-up, and how wonderfully the extrusions held their shape!

Using the Kemper Klay Gun, I subjected them to several stress tests using many of the Polyform clays- (Premo, Sculpey III, Super Flex, and a new, as yet experimental Polyform clay.)  I found that all the clays, if well-conditioned before inserting them into the barrel of the clay gun, worked extremely well, even with the smallest and most delicate-looking designs.  (I do not use a clay gun pusher, by the way, all my extrusions were done by hand.)  It was then that I really started to realize how much fun this was going to be!

Follow the simple step-by-step directions, provided and you will be extruding like an expert in no time!

Miniaturists, jewelry-makers, sculptors and even millefiorists will love these disks!  They are among the most exciting new clay-related products I've ever had the pleasure to test and put to use, and are now on my list of "essential polymer clay tools"...right up there with the pasta machine and needle tool!

I highly recommend the Darlin' Designer Disks™.  Thank-you, Tamila!!

Dear Tamila,

I just love this, these disks are so fun to play with. I love to make leaves and they are a little hard to do this small. I love the fact that I can extrude about 4 different canes of leaves and I have literally hundreds to play with. I think that I am also excited about something coming out that is an addition to a tool I already have. This makes the clay gun so much more versatile for me.

So I have been goofing around with these disks for a little bit and I think that the possibilities are endless. You can just extrude out shapes, bake, and glue earring backs on to them and you have great little earrings for little girls, that are not heavy at all. I could knock those out so fast and sell to kids at a very reasonable price, I don't know about you, but my kids are the only ones with any money.  To be able to market polymer to kids is a good thing.

All I can say is, if you have a clay gun you need some of these. And I also want  to thank the powers that be for nice, intelligent women like Tamila that keep us busy with new things to play with, new ways to express ourselves through our craft (polymer) and also new ways to make money :-)

Dear Tamila,

I am so addicted to the Darlin designer disks that I am filling every container I own with beads!!!!  What a great tool!

"I absolutely love the Darlin' Designer Disks™. They have become one of my most used tools!! Way to go Tamila!!!!"

Dear Tamila,

Thank you for letting me be one of the 'first' to use "Darlin' Designer Disks"!  I was never a big user of the clay gun until now.  I love all of them I've tried.  I have used a number of the leaf disks and created wonderful beads for memory wire bracelets.  I am looking forward to trying the holiday ones for seasonal jewelry, too.  As one clay artist to another,
I need them all!!!!

"They're lots of fun, easy to use, and opens a whole new creative outlet!"
