This cane was constructed using the small triangle 

Darlin' Designer Disk™ from the Geometric Kit

STEP ONE

Extrude three lengths of one color and six lengths of a contrasting color. (we have four shown of the first color for picture purposes only) Begin to piece together a larger triangle as shown in step two. 

STEP TWO

Stack your triangles as shown above.

STEP THREE

Cut your triangle into two even lengths.

 

STEP FOUR

Cut each of the two lengths into three equal pieces and begin to piece your cane together as shown above.

FINISHED QUILT

After you have mastered this cane, 

try different color variations for a true quilting effect.
