Delivery Time

All disks and adapters are individually manufactured and not mass produced by machinery.  Currently, orders ship within 1-2 weeks.    Remember, YOU ARE NEVER CHARGED, INVOICED THROUGH PAYPAL or have CHECKS CASHED until your order is ready for shipment.  Once payment conditions are met your order is shipped within 2-3 business days.

Back Orders

There are NO BACK-ORDERS.  Your order will not ship if an item is out-of-stock.  We will only ship your order when the entire order is available.  This saves you the extra costs of shipping.  If there is an unexpected delay, longer than our normal 2 - 6 weeks, we will notify you directly.

US Forms of Payment

	Payment may be made by VISA, MasterCard, cashiers check, business check, personal check, money order or PayPal.  NO COD SHIPMENTS
	Visa - MasterCard orders will be processed when the order is ready for shipment
	PayPal orders will receive an invoice from Simply Darling Creations, Inc.  with Darlin' Designer Disk being the subject line when the order is ready for shipment.  You will have 5 days to pay the invoice or products ordered will be returned to the inventory.
	Cashier, business, personal check or money order payers will receive an e-mail with your total amount due including shipping and where to direct your payment.   Your order will not be packaged until we receive your payment, at which time the order is packaged and check deposited.  There is a 10 day wait for clearance of the check.

International Forms of Payment

	ONLY Visa - MasterCard & PayPal will be accepted
	Visa - MasterCard orders will be processed when the order is ready for shipment.
	PayPal orders will receive an invoice from Simply Darling Creations, Inc.  with Darlin' Designer Disk being the subject line when the order is ready for shipment.  You will have 5 days to pay the invoice or products ordered will be returned to the inventory.

Sales Tax

All OHIO RESIDENTS are subject to 7% sales tax which will be included on your invoice at the time you place your order.

US Shipping Costs

	We strive to provide the lowest shipping rate possible for your order.
	We utilize the USPS for all deliveries at this time.
	REGULAR FIRST CLASS MAIL will incur a  minimum shipping charge of $2.50
	All PRIORITY MAIL will be charged a minimum shipping charge of $5.00.  This includes delivery confirmation.   90% of all orders requesting this service fall into this category.

International Shipping

Depending on the location, international shipping can widely vary.  We will e-mail you two options for shipping, one being Global Priority, the other being Surface.  You will have the option of which method you want to utilize.  In some cases, shipping may cost more than the items ordered.  If this happens and you want to cancel your order, no problem & no hard feelings.

Privacy Policy

We respect your right to privacy.  Your information is held in the strictest confidence.  Personal information will NOT be distributed to any other party at anytime for any reason EVER.  This includes your name, e-mail, address, phone numbers, bank account numbers, credit card information and any other information your provide to us at ANYTIME.

Secure Server

A secure server is utilized for all credit card transactions and your DEBIT BANK CARD and/or CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS NEVER STORED ON MY COMPUTER.  Our online store is configured by my web-hosting service and will appear slightly different in appearance to the rest of our site.  We utilize the web host online store software program to insure the highest security possible for protection of your information.

Currency

For the convenience of our international customers, use this link to the online Universal Currency Converter and calculate your order costs. Simply Darling Creations accepts USD currency only.  We suggest you use this before you place your order and after you receive your invoice with shipping included.

Returns

	A 20% (twenty-percent) restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.
	Return of goods MUST BE NOTIFIED to Simply Darling Creations PRIOR TO DISPATCH AND MUST BE SENT VIA US POSTAL DELIVERY CONFIRMATION SERVICE OR UNITED PARCEL SERVICE SO THAT THEY MAY BE TRACKED. No responsibility will be accepted for goods that cannot be tracked. If customer decides that they do not require products shipped, customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.
	Returns will be accepted if items are in the original, unopened and undamaged packages.  Damaged or loose merchandise, merchandise not in the original container or merchandise over 15 days old (from invoice date) may not be returned. Unacceptable returns will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
	Simply Darling Creations reserves the right to refuse return of items unless the above conditions are met.
